MERILY’S STYLE: My style is very eclectic. I never go shopping with a plan, I just get what appeals to me and if it can be dressed up or dressed down, I’ll have it. Spontaneous purchases are a definite ‘yes’ for me.
INSPIRATION: It’s the everyday life, not the models and celebrities, that inspire me the most. That’s why I get most of my inspiration from blogs and streetstyle sites.
11:11 WISH: I’d wish for a fulfilling job and a life filled with unique people and opportunities.
STYLE ICON: I have many, but the person whose style I admire the most is Miroslava Duma’s. I love the way she can mix vintage with designer and look cute and serious at the same time. That’s something I’d like to achieve with my outfits as well. Plus, I have a huge girl-crush on her.
FALL
INGIN LOVE: During the fall I love layers, of course. Tons and tons of them. And tartan or camel coloured capes and simple riding boots are a classic.

I was the little kid who wished for super powers. I prayed to God to give me powers when I was a little girl and promised I won’t use it for the bad. It was funny, I guess He laughed saying “kids..” I had little toy dinosaurs that grows when placed in water, thinking each of it was alive. When I see satellites, I used to shout “parabolic kings!!” I used to brush my doll’s teeth… and yes, with toothpaste. My parents used to watch their little girl sleeping like a roasted chicken curled under the covers and wakes up at the bottom of their feet the next morning. I’m the girl whose hair wasn’t touched by anyone until I was 16 because my parents do the cutting. I have this long silky hair that I managed to maintain up to now. I had a happy childhood and I’m trying to make my life as happy as that little Prinsesa Elena simply by appreciating life and asking God to give me super powers (kiddin’). I’m now working as a Writer-Editor and trying to be the writer of my own story for the rest of my life. I’m enjoying my stay in this world and I’m trying to enjoy it more by exploring what I still haven’t witnessed -- setting my foot to lands it hasn’t touched yet, tasting different foods even those weird picks, making friends, staying informed about the world and my country, keeping learning as the biggest part of my life.
